I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The prime location next to the town centre in Chippenham and being in the Cotswolds made everything very convenient. The rooms were super clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. However, I found the dining experience a bit lacking, although the dishes served were delicious. The range of facilities provided was quite impressive, but there were some minor inconveniences.
